We would like to thank you for providing such an excellent product and service.   The decision to have vinyl siding and soft fit installed appears to be one of the best investments we have made in our home.   Work on our home commenced while we were on vacation and we were pleasantly surprised when we came home to see the beautiful work that had been completed while we were away.   We were also impressed with the care that your workers extended in leaving our home neat and free of excessive debris.   Even though one of the walls isn't yet completed (we're waiting on the new replacement window), we have received many compliments from our friends and neighbors.

No messy piles of material to deal with. I was amazed at how neatly the aluminum went up and the transformation of the façade of my home.

Marcus was very thorough with his explanation of what had been done and why and all the remained to be done before the job was completed.   We discussed wood that had been replaced, gutter attachment and why he recommended that a patio cover no go back up as it would compromise the integrity of the new work that was being completed.

James and John installed vinyl siding on the second floor of our home.   They completed the work on June 10, 2002.   both men were dressed cleanly and handled themselves very professionally.   They cleaned up their work area before leaving each night.   The vinyl appears to be installed correctly and neatly.   The outside of the home looks new and fresh.   We are very pleased.

We appreciate that James and John were tidy, neat, courteous, and conscientious workers, they were respectful of the property and the surrounds.   Both men also were aware of the dogs we have and were careful when leaving by locking the gate and picking up their work tools and waste materials.

Dear Marston:

James Arnett and his professional crew finished the installation of the siding today!

After a couple of “incidents” regarding the matching of the siding with the original, which after a fashion we found was no longer manufactured, the installation of the new siding progressed fabulously.

James and his crew did a tremendous job on the installation.   From the exterior, the new siding lines up perfectly with the old, and when the painting is finished, I believe even we will have a problem determining where the old stops and the new begins.   There were more that a few challenges with the installation.   The crew area around the back deck needed much loving care form the installation crew, and they rose to the occasion and made it as close to perfect as possible.

You and your company have been a delight to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend Better Home Exteriors, and Marston Thompson to any of my family, friends, and acquaintances.

A superb gentleman, James Winter, who was very pleasant and courteous, contacted me.   He was well versed in the ALCOA VINYL products and without any pressure showed me the ins and outs of the superior product and what it had to offer to upgrade the beauty of my home.   I left on vacation, but he called back upon my return and asked if I had any further questions related to the product.   I was so convinced that I wanted to follow up on negotiation regards having the product installed on my home.

Jim, made arrangements for Bill Odem to meet me and discuss the effort involved.   Bill called and arranged for a visit.   We had a very enjoyable visit at which time he showed me samples of the product along with pictures of actual installations.   I found the product alone sold itself.   On agreement as to effort, timing, and price, we made a very satisfactory deal.   After picturing the home, it appeared one sore spot remained.   I needed a new roll up door.   Bill was able to put me in touch with a top quality manufacturer and installer at a very good price.

The company crew came on schedule and immediately started installation.   The lead man of the crew proceeded to set everything in motion and each member appeared to be well qualified and above all friendly and courteous.   The job was performed well within the scheduled time.   The property was completely cleaned up and all trash was removed to my satisfaction.

It is a pleasure to recommend, BETTER HOME EXTERIORS, and their ALCOA product line for a superior facelift to my home.   With the recent installation of vinyl windows, I'm sure my property has taken on an attractive, major selling point for years to come.
